Where we deliver
We deliver all over Nepal. We also ship internationally [to most countries].
Order processing
Orders are packed and sent within [1 to 2 working days]. Orders placed on Saturdays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. We may call or message you to confirm the order before sending it, so please give a correct phone number.
Delivery time
- Inside Kathmandu Valley: [1 to 2 working days]
- Outside Kathmandu Valley: [3 to 5 working days]
- International: [7 to 15 working days]
Delivery charges
- Inside Kathmandu Valley: [Rs 100]
- Outside Kathmandu Valley: [Rs 200]
- Free delivery on orders above [Rs 5,000] within Nepal
- International: calculated by weight and country, and confirmed with you before dispatch
Delays
Delivery can take longer during Dashain, Tihar and other festivals, or because of bad weather, road blockages or strikes. We will inform you if your order is delayed.
Failed delivery
If the courier cannot reach you because of a wrong address or an unanswered phone, we will try again. A second delivery may carry an extra charge.
Check your parcel
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the item is damaged or wrong, contact us within [48 hours]. See our Refund Policy for details.
International orders
Customs duties and import taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the customer.
Store pickup
